About Us

The New Sydney Waterfront initiative brings together businesses of all sizes, property owners and stakeholders who share a commitment to the future of the precinct.

From small local operators to major organization's, we are united by a common goal to strengthen the Waterfront as a vibrant, well-managed and commercially successful destination.

This proposal has been developed through consultation, research and collaboration, with a clear focus on delivering practical outcomes that support business performance, enhance the experience of the precinct, and reflect the unique character and culture of the Waterfront.

At its core, the Improvement District is about working together combining resources, aligning efforts and creating a stronger, more connected precinct that benefits businesses, workers, visitors and the wider community.

The success of the Waterfront depends on collective action and this initiative provides the structure to deliver Our Harbour!
